SINOCHROM LABS / ANALYTICAL METHODS

Analytical Methods

Orthogonal analytical techniques selected to answer specific questions about identity, purity, endotoxin burden, sterility and residual water.

METHOD SELECTION

The right method for the right analytical question.

No single technique describes every characteristic of a sample. SinoChrom reports identify the method used and present the corresponding result against the submitted sample reference.

01 / CHROMATOGRAPHY

HPLC / UPLC

Chromatographic separation is used to assess the relative purity profile of a submitted sample and distinguish the principal detected component from other chromatographic signals.

  • Relative purity reporting
  • Chromatographic separation
  • Method recorded on the COA
02 / MASS SPECTROMETRY

LC-MS Identity

Liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry provides molecular-mass information used to assess whether the detected compound is consistent with the declared sample identity.

  • Identity assessment
  • Mass detection
  • Traceable sample reference
03 / ENDOTOXIN

LAL Assay

Endotoxin testing is performed using a Limulus Amebocyte Lysate assay in accordance with USP <85> under validated laboratory conditions.

  • Replicate results
  • Assay sensitivity stated
  • Result integrated into the COA
04 / MICROBIOLOGY

Sterility Testing

Microbiological testing is used to assess the presence or absence of viable contaminating microorganisms in the submitted sample under the laboratory procedure applied.

  • Defined sample reference
  • Recorded outcome
  • Laboratory documentation
05 / MOISTURE

Water Content

Residual water measurement provides a quantitative moisture result when water content is relevant to characterization of the submitted material.

  • Quantitative reporting
  • Method identification
  • Batch traceability
ORTHOGONAL TESTING

Methods can be combined.

Identity and purity answer different analytical questions. Additional tests can be added when the requested characterization requires them.

TRACEABLE REPORTING

Method → result → verifiable report.

Each issued Certificate of Analysis is tied to a unique SinoChrom reference. Published reports marked Verified can be authenticated through the public verification page.

01

Sample reference

The submitted sample is linked to its report reference.

02

Method recorded

The analytical technique is identified alongside the reported result.

03

Public verification

The report reference and QR code provide a direct authenticity check.
